Job Overview We are seeking a full-time Finish Carpenter/Installer to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality carpentry work in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and be able to work independently or as part of a team. This role requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, and a good work ethic. Responsibilities Execute finish carpentry tasks including trim work, building cabinets, cabinetry installation, custom woodwork, and laminate fabrication. Install fixtures such as doors, windows, and moldings with precision. Collaborate with other trades during projects, ensuring seamless integration of carpentry work. Apply caulking and sealing materials to ensure durability and aesthetics. Understand project specifications and requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Experience in fixture installation with an eye for detail and quality finish. Familiarity with electrical systems related to carpentry projects is a plus. Strong remodeling skills with the ability to adapt to changing project needs. Competent finishing techniques. Ability to read blueprints or shop drawings accurately and execute plans accordingly. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Some English is required.
