We are seeking an experienced carpenter who takes pride in quality workmanship, can work independently, and is committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients. Position Summary The Experienced Carpenter / Remodel Technician will perform a variety of skilled construction and remodeling tasks including demolition, framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, doors, siding, and general construction work. This position is ideal for a well-rounded carpenter with their own tools who can solve problems in the field and work with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial carpentry work from start to finish. Read and interpret plans, drawings, specifications, and field measurements. Execute demolition, framing, siding, trim carpentry, cabinetry installation, and door installation. Install blocking, backing, hardware, accessories, and other finish components. Perform layout and field verification to ensure accurate installation. Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Identify construction issues and propose practical solutions. Communicate professionally with clients, inspectors, suppliers, and team members. Assist with punch-list completion and project closeout activities. Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and job-site equipment safely. QualificationsRequired Minimum 5 years of construction and carpentry experience. Strong knowledge of residential remodeling and general construction practices. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to read plans and perform field layout. Reliable transportation. Valid driver's license. Ownership of standard carpenter hand tools and cordless tools. Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physical construction work. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening if required. Preferred Experience with bathroom and kitchen remodels. Experience with commercial tenant improvements. Experience with residential plumbing and electrical. Bilingual (English/Spanish).
