In this vital role, you will bring craftsmanship, precision, and efficiency to a variety of projects, ensuring high-quality results that meet safety standards and client expectations. As a key contributor, you will work on both commercial and residential projects, executing detailed carpentry tasks with expertise and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of delivering quality workmanship independently, and experienced in leading projects and supervising laborers or apprentices. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute carpentry tasks Construct, install, repair, and maintain structures such as framing, siding, roofing, drywall, and cabinetry Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete various carpentry tasks Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding work required for construction and restoration projects Install fixtures, doors, windows, moldings, and trim with precision and attention to detail Execute concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and metal stud framing as needed Assist with water damage restoration, plastering, stucco application, siding replacement, and other specialized tasks Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites or during renovation projects Read and follow schematics for electrical wiring, plumbing systems, or custom fabrication projects Support remodeling efforts by installing flooring, tile laying, cabinetry, or fixtures in residential or commercial settings Experience Proven experience as a Journeyman Carpenter or similar role within the construction or restoration industry Proficient in Blueprint reading skills Hands-on experience with trim carpentry, framing carpentry, roofing, siding installation, and drywall work Proven track record in wood and metal stud framing Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery (if applicable), and fabrication techniques Knowledge of commercial acoustical ceiling work is a significant plus and highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining quality standards Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to read schematics accurately for electrical or plumbing systems Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Join us to build exceptional structures while advancing your skills in a rewarding environment that values craftsmanship and dedication.
