Lead Carpenter / Working Foreman - Remodeling & Custom ConstructionEyrie Construction - Grass Valley / Nevada County Eyrie Construction is looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter / Working Foreman to help lead high-quality residential remodeling and custom construction projects in Nevada County and surrounding areas. We are a small but growing company focused on: Home additions Decks & outdoor structures Remodels Custom residential work ADUs Some Commercial Projects Detailed finish-oriented projects This is NOT production framing or tract-home work. We are looking for someone experienced, dependable, organized, and capable of helping run projects with increasing independence as the company grows. What We Need You should be able to: Work independently on residential construction projects Read plans and think ahead Manage daily jobsite flow Communicate professionally with homeowners Lead smaller crews or apprentices when needed Maintain a clean, organized, professional jobsite Solve problems without constant supervision Ideal candidates have strong experience in: Framing Exterior work Deck construction Remodeling Finish carpentry Drywall General residential construction What We're NOT Looking For Drama Substance abuse Constant call-outs Ego problems People who need to be micromanaged Production-only framers with no remodeling experience What We Offer Steady local work Respectful work environment Smaller, quality-focused projects Opportunity to grow with the company Direct communication with ownership Flexible long-term opportunity for the right person Compensation depends on experience and capability.

Typical range:
