Job Summary We are seeking a Highly Experienced Finish Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will bring expert craftsmanship and precision to high-end residential, commercial, and restoration projects. Your expertise will ensure flawless finishes, detailed trim work, and seamless installation of custom fixtures. Responsibilities Execute complex finish carpentry tasks including trim installation, cabinet hanging, door hanging, and window installation. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications Utilize hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently to complete tasks Install siding, stucco, roofing components, flooring, tile, and other finishing materials with precision Assist in construction estimating by providing accurate measurements and material needs for projects Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of work while maintaining safety standards on-site Experience Extensive experience in finish carpentry within the construction or restoration industry Proven ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings confidently Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, CNC equipment, and fabrication tools for diverse carpentry tasks Strong background in construction site experience including framing, drywall installation, caulking, plastering, and fixture mounting Familiarity with construction estimating processes related to carpentry projects is a plus Demonstrated ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform heavy lifting tasks regularly while adhering to safety protocols This role is ideal for a dedicated professional eager to apply their advanced carpentry skills across diverse projects.
