We specialize in building custom camper van conversions, and we are currently seeking motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow their hands-on craftsmanship skills. Specifically, we have openings in carpentry, 12-volt electrical systems, and plumbing. While prior experience is a plus, it is not required, as we will provide hands-on training and mentorship. The starting rate is $20 per hour, and we are looking for focused, dependable individuals who take pride in their work. Responsibilities Assist with Carpentry, Formica lamination, parts installation, and finishing work using hand tools and power tools Support the installation of doors, windows, cabinets, seats, fixtures, siding, and trim components Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times Experience Prior experience working on Camper vans, wood working, or related manufacturing environments is preferred but not required Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic carpentry techniques is advantageous Experience with water damage restoration, mold remediation or restoration industry work is beneficial Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces Willingness to learn new skills such as plumbing, electrical work, CNC fabrication Join us in building a rewarding career where your craftsmanship makes a real difference!
