What We're Looking For Bellisi Design is seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter to support the installation of custom millwork, cabinetry, architectural woodwork, doors, trim packages, wall paneling, and specialty finish carpentry elements on some of Southern California's most prestigious residential and commercial projects. This is a hands-on role for a skilled craftsman who takes pride in quality workmanship, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional finished products. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with Project Managers, Superintendents, fellow installers, and clients. Open to fabricators from other trades, entertainment, prop shops, commercial and or residential, etc. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are highly preferred. What You'll Be Doing Finish Carpentry Installation
- Install custom cabinetry, millwork, architectural paneling, trim packages, doors, jambs, moldings, and specialty woodwork.
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, specifications, and field measurements.
- Perform layout, fitting, assembly, and installation of finish carpentry components.
- Ensure installations meet project specifications, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Complete punch list items and project closeout tasks as assigned. Project Execution
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and fellow trades to support project schedules.
- Identify and communicate field conditions, installation challenges, and project concerns proactively.
- Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
- Assist with material handling, staging, and protection of finished products. Teamwork & Professionalism
- Work collaboratively with installation crews and shop personnel.
- Represent Bellisi Design professionally on all job sites.
- Maintain positive working relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and fellow employees.
- Participate in monthly company meetings, training opportunities, and team development initiatives.

Experience installing custom cabinetry, millwork, doors, trim, paneling, and architectural woodwork. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and shop drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to project sites throughout Los Angeles. Reliable attendance and ability to work full-time schedules until project completion. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work. Tool Requirements Candidates should possess and maintain professional-grade carpentry tools, including but not limited to:

Experience working in luxury residential construction environments.

- Active construction job sites, luxury residential properties, commercial projects, and renovation environments.
- Frequent exposure to woodworking equipment, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, construction materials, and job site conditions.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, lifting, reaching, and carrying materials.
- Regular exposure to dust, noise, adhesives, finishes, and construction-related materials.
- Work may be performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Occasional work at elevated heights utilizing ladders and access equipment.
- Interaction with clients, homeowners, designers, architects, and other trades may be required.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required in designated work areas and job sit Physical Requirements Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Ability to occasionally bend, kneel, squat, crouch, crawl, twist, and reach overhead as required to perform installation activities Ability to climb ladders, work from elevated platforms, and access various areas of active construction sites safely. Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments and adapt to changing job site conditions. Ability to visually inspect work for quality, accuracy, and adherence to project specifications. Ability to safely navigate active construction sites while maintaining awareness of surroundings and potential hazards.
