Rough Carpenter / Maintenance

Hiring full-time Maintenance Positions for a private yacht club in Marina del Rey. Ideal candidate has rough carpentry skills and concrete work to undertake Dock Reconstruction. Spanish bilingual a plus.

Requirements:

• Lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 60 lbs.
• Able to work 8:00am-5:00pm any day, including occasional weekends (rotating 40-hour schedule)

General Responsibilities:

• Perform basic maintenance and repair work
• Rough carpentry and construction
• Operation of power tools

Compensation:

Based on experience and skill set
