Job Description
PeopleReady Skilled Trades (PRST) is hiring Carpenters for a contractor in Newman, CA. We're looking for dependable, skilled candidates with experience in wood framing, structural components, and reading shop drawings. This is a 2+ month opportunity starting asap!
What You'll DoBuild structural wood framing and finish componentsAssemble wall panels, floor cassettes, and roof truss sub-assembliesWork from cut sheets, panel assembly prints, and component drawingsRead and interpret shop drawingsVerify dimensions, stud placement, and door/window opening specificationsMaintain accurate measurements and quality workmanshipPrepare completed components for bundling and transportation to jobsitesFollow all jobsite and shop safety proceduresTools You'll NeedCandidates should have their own:
