Lead Carpenter/ Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities Lead and supervise carpentry crews on various construction sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to blueprints, schematics, and project specifications Assist in project planning by supporting construction estimating efforts and providing accurate material and labor assessments Coordinate daily activities on-site, including scheduling trades, managing deliveries, and maintaining project timelines. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure precise execution of design intent. Support project management tasks including tracking progress, updating schedules, preparing reports, and managing documentation. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment Qualifications Proven experience in construction with strong site management skills. Extensive carpentry experience with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and contracts accurately.
