We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Repair & Maintenance Specialist to support a variety of customer projects involving repairs, upgrades, and ongoing facility improvements. Position Overview This position is ideal for an experienced trades professional who enjoys variety in their workday. Projects may include building repairs, tenant improvements, cosmetic upgrades, preventative maintenance, and property enhancement work at commercial and residential properties. The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work independently while maintaining professional customer relationships. Primary Responsibilities Complete property repair and improvement projects for commercial and residential clients. Perform surface preparation, patching, painting, and finishing work. Repair damaged wall surfaces and complete patching, texturing, and finishing activities. Install and repair trim, doors, hardware, cabinetry, and other building components. Conduct routine building inspections and identify repair needs. Respond to maintenance requests and recommend practical solutions. Assist with renovation and tenant improvement projects. Accurately measure, cut, and install construction materials. Maintain job site cleanliness and organization. Document completed work and communicate project status with supervisors. Operate tools and equipment in accordance with company safety standards. Provide professional customer service while working at occupied facilities. Preferred Experience Qualified candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas: Building maintenance Property repairs Facility services Interior finishing Painting and coatings Wall repair and finishing Trim installation General construction Remodeling or renovation projects Requirements Three (3) or more years of related maintenance, repair, construction, or renovation experience. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to read work orders, project instructions, and material specifications. Valid California Driver License with an acceptable driving record. Reliable transportation for travel throughout Sonoma, Marin, and Napa Counties. Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including E-Verify employment verification. Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders. Perform work indoors and outdoors throughout the year. Safely use hand tools, power tools, and job-related equipment. Benefits Competitive hourly compensation based on experience. Paid Sick Leave.
