We are a small but growing business looking for a new team member willing to work through all aspects of construction and uphold our quality standards. Our jobs are located in Sonoma, Marin, and Napa Counties. We currently do a mixture of repairs and remodels. We are growing into new construction. Requirements 4 to 5 years of experience minimum. Must be able to read plans. Must be able to frame houses and windows. Can run, handle, and complete work tasks alone and on time. Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Have your own hand tools. We will provide chop saws and table saws to the job site. Ability to do physical labor and lift up to 100 lbs. Must have a good professional attitude.

Pay:

$40-50 an hour depending on experience Benefits Sick and accrued vacation pay after 90 days of employment.
