Competitive, based on experience JJT Carpentry is looking to hire two experienced, full-time skilled carpenters to join our growing team. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with a strong carpentry background who take pride in producing quality work. This is a W-2 employee position with consistent work and opportunities for advancement within the company. The ideal candidate is experienced, reliable, able to work independently and as part of a crew, and comes prepared with the transportation and tools necessary for the job. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 4 years of carpentry/construction experience required Reliable transportation — truck required Must have your own personal tools Clean driving record Strong knowledge of carpentry and general construction practices Ability to accurately measure, cut, assemble, and install materials Ability to follow plans and jobsite instructions Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working outdoors and performing physically demanding construction work Carpentry Experience Experience in one or more of the following is preferred: Framing and rough carpentry Deck construction and repairs Patio covers and outdoor structures Siding installation and repair Dry rot and structural wood repairs Finish carpentry Remodeling and residential construction Custom woodwork What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Full-time employment Consistent work W-2 employee position Opportunities for advancement and increased responsibility Opportunity to grow with a local carpentry company We value employees who show initiative, reliability, craftsmanship, and a strong work ethic.
