Most of our work is residential remodels and house flips. We need someone who can handle multiple trades, work on their own, and keep jobs moving without someone looking over their shoulder. What we're looking for: Strong experience in residential remodeling and renovations Skilled in multiple trades (framing, drywall, trim, flooring, doors/windows, basic plumbing and electrical, painting, etc.) Able to read plans, solve problems, and figure things out in the field Shows up on time and takes pride in doing quality work Has their own basic tools and reliable transportation Can communicate well with homeowners, subcontractors, and the team
