We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail, and can produce clean, accurate finish carpentry in occupied and finished homes.

Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality interior and exterior finish carpentry Install doors, jambs, casing, baseboards, trim, paneling, and other architectural millwork Install cabinetry, built-ins, shelving, and miscellaneous finish details Install door and cabinet hardware Make accurate cuts, scribe materials, and fit finished components precisely Read architectural plans, elevations, and construction details Perform layout and take accurate field measurements Complete punch-list and detail work to a high standard Protect existing finishes and maintain a clean, organized work area Coordinate with the Foreman, Project Manager, subcontractors, and other carpenters Assist with general carpentry and construction work when required

Requirements:

5+ years of carpentry experience preferred Strong finish carpentry experience required Experience working on high-end residential projects preferred Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to read plans is a plus Comfortable working independently and solving problems in the field Must own basic carpentry tools Reliable transportation required Dependable, punctual, organized, and professional Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Provide two referrals If interested, send an email to
