Job Description
Carpenter - Residential Remodeling D&D Home Remodeling Contractors is looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our growing team in the Bay Area. We specialize in high-end residential remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, additions, ADUs, decks, siding, and full home renovations. We are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in residential construction who can work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform rough and finish carpentry work Framing walls, ceilings, floors, decks, and structural repairs Install cabinets, doors, windows, baseboards, trim, and hardware Read and follow construction plans and measurements accurately Demo and prepare job sites Assist with remodeling tasks including drywall, siding, tile prep, waterproofing, and general construction work Maintain clean and organized job sites Work with project managers, foremen, and subcontractors Follow safety procedures and company standards Requirements 3+ years of residential construction or carpentry experience Experience with both rough and finish carpentry Ability to use power tools and construction equipment safely Ability to read plans and perform accurate measurements Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable transportation Must be punctual and dependable Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience with bathroom and kitchen remodeling Experience with siding, decks, and framing Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical Ability to solve problems on-site and work independently What We Offer Steady year-round work Opportunity to grow within the company Professional team environment Competitive pay based on experience Send your resume to: office@ddhomeremodeling.com
