This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from custom trim work to complex restoration jobs, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and precision. As a Finish Carpenter / Installer, you will be responsible for executing detailed carpentry tasks, installing fixtures, and finishing surfaces to meet project specifications. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life while maintaining safety and efficiency on the job site. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install interior and exterior trim, cabinetry, doors, and fixtures with precision. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and finishing details. Perform framing tasks including metal stud framing, wood framing, and concrete forming as needed for project scope. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete carpentry tasks on various construction sites. Install siding, stucco, roofing components, flooring, tile, and other finishing materials according to specifications. Conduct restoration work such as water damage remediation, mold remediation, plastering, and rebar installation. Assist with fabrication of custom components in the shop or on-site to meet project needs. Participate in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for construction and installation projects. Follow schematics and blueprints accurately while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Support plumbing, electrical, masonry, or HVAC teams as needed during multi-trade projects. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials efficiently throughout the job process. Experience Proven experience in finish carpentry or installation roles within the construction or restoration industry. Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus but not required. Hands-on experience with trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and fixture mounting. Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation for precise project execution. Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers; power tools including drills, saws, sanders; and specialty equipment like CNC machines when applicable. Experience working on construction sites with adherence to safety standards is essential. Background in water damage restoration or mold remediation is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex installations. Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members across different trades.
