Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Carpenter/Laborer and be a vital part of transforming visions into reality! Responsibilities Assist with framing, drywall installation, and finishing work using hand tools and power tools to ensure precise construction outcomes. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans. Perform demolition, site cleanup, and prepare surfaces for finishing or restoration work. Install fixtures, doors, siding, cabinetry, and other building components following detailed instructions. Conduct concrete forming, rebar installation, roofing, masonry, and water damage restoration tasks as needed. Operate heavy machinery and CNC equipment for fabrication or assembly tasks in manufacturing or remodeling projects. Support various trades including plumbing, electrical work, plastering, caulking, tile laying, flooring installation, and metal stud framing to ensure seamless project execution. Qualifications Prior experience in construction site work or related fields such as manufacturing or restoration industry is highly desirable. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and basic carpentry techniques. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately; experience with construction estimating is a plus. Physical capability for heavy lifting and performing demanding tasks in various weather conditions. Knowledge of safety protocols on construction sites; OSHA certification is a bonus. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred for job site access.
