Responsibilities Execute remodeling projects and repair work across various construction sites, ensuring timely and efficient completion. Interpret technical drawings, construction plans, and specifications to accurately carry out building material installation, window installation, and other repair tasks. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely to perform carpentry, trim carpentry, plastering, caulking, stucco application, and other building trades. Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols throughout each project phase. Manage the installation of building materials such as siding, stucco, trim, and hardscape features while maintaining precision and attention to detail. Collaborate with project managers on construction management tasks including estimating timeframes and materials needed for remodeling jobs. Ensure outdoor work environments are safe, organized, and compliant with all safety protocols while working on exterior renovations or hardscape projects. Skills Extensive experience with building construction, remodeling techniques, and repair processes in diverse settings. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and construction plans for accurate execution of projects. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, plastering tools, electrical testing equipment, and heavy machinery operation. Knowledge of construction management principles and construction estimating to support project planning. Strong understanding of safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment on all construction sites. Experience with Bluebeam software for digital plan review and project documentation is a plus.
