Job Description
What You'll Do Read and interpret construction plans and specifications Rough carpentry and framing Foundation and form work Roofing experience desirable Work on high-end residential remodels Install doors, windows, siding, and exterior trim Interior finish carpentry, including baseboards, casing, molding, and trim Cabinet and appliance installation Basic plumbing Stair installation and related carpentry tasks Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site Qualifications Minimum 10 years of carpentry and residential construction experience Experience working on high-end residential projects preferred Strong rough carpentry skills required Ability to read and understand plans Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Professional attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team English speaking, reading, and writing required Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation Must own hand and power tools appropriate for the trade Ability to pass a background check References from previous employers required Compensation & Benefits $40-$42/hour DOE Full-time position, Monday-Friday 401(k) matching Health insurance contribution Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid Time Off (PTO) Six paid holidays annually Why Join Us?
