Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Remodeler to join our team and bring transformative visions to life through expert renovation and building projects. As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive remodeling tasks, including building material installation, carpentry, and hardscaping construction. Your expertise will ensure high-quality craftsmanship on diverse projects such as residential, commercial, and outdoor spaces. Duties Interpret and follow detailed construction plans and technical drawings to execute remodeling projects accurately. Perform building material installation, including drywall, stucco, plastering, trim carpentry, caulking, and window installation. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete various construction tasks. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and project specifications. Manage outdoor work environments involving hardscaping projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features. Collaborate with project managers to estimate costs using construction estimating techniques and manage project timelines effectively. Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times while maintaining a clean and organized work site. Interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately for precise execution of remodeling tasks. Coordinate with team members on electrical work, plumbing installations, and other specialized trades as needed. Requirements Proven experience in construction, remodeling, or related fields with a strong background in building construction and installation techniques. Proficiency with Bluebeam software or similar digital markup tools is preferred for reviewing plans. Skilled in carpentry, trim carpentry, drywall installation, plastering, caulking, stucco application, and window installation. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment safely and effectively in outdoor environments. Knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing is highly desirable for comprehensive remodeling projects. Experience interpreting technical drawings and construction plans accurately. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites and outdoor work environments. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and project managers efficiently. Valid experience with hardscaping construction projects including patios, walkways, fencing or retaining walls is a plus.
