Job Description
Remodel Pro is a well established and rapidly growing remodeling company serving the Walnut Creek Area. We are looking to hire a Crew Lead who is responsible for setting expectations and communications with the team, leading the work on the jobs and knowing every aspect of the construction process from demo to completion, inspecting quality and workmanship for jobs including trades, while being the owner's eyes on the jobs. We are looking for someone with a grab the bull by the horns personality that loves to take initiative, knock out tasks, and has excellent communication skills. Loyalty is important. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career Remodeling bathrooms and kitchens This is a real opportunity to become a key member of our company with heavy incentives and promotion opportunities. You will be actively working on the job site daily BUT this job does have the potential to move to a project manager level where you will be checking on job sites, scheduling crews, and ordering materials compared to active labor. We need someone that is passionate about high standards, clear communication, and is excited about being a part of our growing company.
