We are looking to hire a Crew Lead who is responsible for setting expectations and communications with the team, leading the work on the jobs and knowing every aspect of the construction process from demo to completion, inspecting quality and workmanship for jobs including trades, while being the owner's eyes on the jobs. We are looking for someone with a grab the bull by the horns personality that loves to take initiative, knock out tasks, and has excellent communication skills. Loyalty is important. 7 years minimum of residential remodeling experience Jack of all trades - needs to know every aspect of the remodeling process Specifically and especially running 12:2 Romex for outlets and 14:2 for can lights Running PEX to install shower valves and water supply lines for toilets and vanities Truck Required Tools Required Management experience High Standards of Quality & Efficiency specifically can be trusted to do things right the first time with rare mistakes
