An advanced building technology company is searching for experienced Framers / Carpenters who have experience with lumber / timber and light gauge steel (LGS) framing... in both Multi-Family (Apartment buildings) and Single Family homes construction. Your knowledge of Plumbing / electrical or other trades is a Plus. The Lead framers must be able to read blueprints and able to do some layout. Knowledge of building code and crew management and a background acting as a team leader is a Plus. Your focus on quality is absolutely essential. You will be working with advanced framing equipment and tools to produce high quality factory built housing. Successful candidates are required to have achieved a journeyman or an apprentice status in Framing, have a professional attitude, good communication and computer skills as well as having their own vehicle and some tools. Background check and drug test required. You need to be a hands on person with ability to work at the construction site installing trusses, beams and various Simpson brackets.
