Framer/ Carpenter Job Description We are seeking experienced framers who can independently frame a house from start to finish. Applicants should demonstrate proficiency in reading plans, laying out walls, framing floors and roofs, setting trusses, and completing framing work with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Read and interpret building plans and blueprints. Layout walls, floors, and roofs according to project specifications. Frame floors and roofs efficiently and accurately. Set trusses in place and ensure structural integrity. Complete all framing tasks with minimal supervision. Essential Skills Proficiency in framing and carpentry. Experience as a framer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience. Ability to perform finish carpentry and cabinetry work. The position operates on a first shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Swainsboro, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
