We are seeking someone who is professional, courteous, hardworking, safety-oriented, and comfortable being on the go. This position focuses primarily on installing ADA signage, dimensional signage, vinyl graphics, wayfinding signage, and occasional exterior signage throughout the Denver Metro area. This is not just an installer position. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and understands that a successful installation starts long before arriving at the job site. Responsibilities Strong leadership qualities and the ability to take ownership of an installation Professional, courteous, and presentable when representing the company Safety-focused mindset and comfortable working in construction environments Install ADA signage, dimensional signage, vinyl graphics, wayfinding, and occasional exterior signage Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, contractors, and teammates Prepare tools, hardware, materials, drawings, paperwork, and vehicles for upcoming installs Load and organize the install vehicle ahead of time whenever possible Maintain company tools, equipment, and installation vehicle Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Assist with install-related preparation in the shop when not in the field Utilize a tablet and a project management software to organize installation and site surveys Qualifications Carpentry and hand tool skills; Sign industry knowledge and vinyl experience a plus Excellent communication and people skills Strong attention to detail and quality Safety-focused and comfortable working in construction environments Able to work independently and with a team Valid driver's license and clean driving record Able to lift, load, transport, and install signage and materials Benefits Competitive pay based on experience PTO and paid holidays Retirement plan with 3% employer match Year-end performance bonuses Annual reviews and opportunities for raises Incentives and Team outings Supportive, team-oriented work environment
