Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Experienced Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills in carpentry and construction while contributing to diverse projects. You will gain hands-on experience working alongside seasoned professionals, assisting with various building tasks, and learning industry best practices. This paid position is ideal for those passionate about construction, craftsmanship, and building a solid foundation for a rewarding career in the restoration, remodeling, or general construction industry. Duties Assist with framing and finish carpentry on residential projects, mainly high class decks. Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely and efficiently under supervision Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support project execution Support concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work as needed Perform heavy lifting and material handling to ensure smooth workflow on site Skills Basic knowledge of construction estimating and blueprint reading Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking techniques Experience or interest in trim carpentry, framing carpentry, metal stud framing Understanding of schematics and technical drawings related to construction projects Ability to follow safety protocols on construction sites and operate equipment responsibly Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and working at heights if necessary Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors Join us to build your skills in a fast-paced environment where your contributions make a real impact!
