Job Description

Masterpiece Outdoorliving is looking for Lead Carpenters to help us and our team build high end steel frame decks, Roof extensions, Custom Outdoor Kitchens, Custom fire rails and fire pits and anything else the clients need.
We are looking for:
A can-do-attitude Someone that wants to make this a career and grow with our team A Professional that wants to work on high end projects Most importantly, a leader with great communication skills, able to read blueprints and give directions when workers need them.
Responsibilities:
Building and framing high end decks, patios, and outdoor living spaces Steel framing knowledge is a plus Ability to read blueprints Ability to run a crew Communicating with homeowners, project managers and subcontractors
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction Need to have own tools Framing experience Familiarity with construction management software Strong leadership qualities Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required) •Must be willing and able to travel•
Salary:
$28.00 - $40.00 per hour - flexible based on experience and expertise
