With a reputation for premium craftsmanship and exceptional client service, we are expanding our team to meet growing demand. The ideal candidate is hard-working, dependable, safety-minded, and able to perform a variety of residential and commercial carpentry tasks with limited supervision.
Compensation & Benefits Wage:
$26-$32/hour depending on experience Performance-based bonus potential Health Insurance, 401(k) with company match 6 paid holidays annually 6 days PTO annually (increases to 10 days after one year with company) Key responsibilities Trim carpentry Door and hardware installation Light framing such as deck construction, remodeling, exterior trim, siding, etc. Metal stud framing Drywall-related carpentry tasks Additional skills such as form setting and flatwork experience are preferred OSHA-10 preferred Qualifications Carpentry experience in residential, commercial, or both Ability to communicate clearly in English Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Good communication skills and ability to work well with supervisors, coworkers, and customers Clean driving record and reliable transportation Own basic carpentry tools Ability to pass a drug test, including marijuana Ability to pass a background check Location This is a full-time role based in Colorado Springs, CO. $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
