Carpentry skills preferred. In this role, you will be an essential contributor to various construction projects, assisting with site preparation, material handling, and the execution of diverse building tasks. Your energy, attention to detail, and hands-on expertise will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple trades while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Assist with site setup, including unloading materials, preparing work areas, and maintaining a clean and safe job site Operate hand tools and power tools such as drills, saws, hammers, and grinders to perform carpentry, framing, drywall installation, and other tasks Support skilled tradespeople with tasks like plumbing installation, electrical wiring, roofing, masonry work, and concrete finishing Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and ensure accurate execution of tasks Use heavy equipment when necessary for excavation or material movement under supervision Perform demolition work or restoration tasks as needed for remodeling or renovation projects Assist with installation of doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, tile laying, stucco application, and glass or cabinet installation Follow safety protocols diligently while handling scaffolding, scaffolds, caulking tools, or fabrication equipment Support project management by tracking supplies and assisting in construction estimating or inspection processes when required Experience Prior construction site experience is highly preferred; familiarity with various trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or drywall is a plus Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics for accurate project execution Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools used in construction activities Knowledge of construction management principles and construction estimating practices is advantageous Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively on-site Experience with specialized skills like welding, fabrication, concrete forming or finishing, plastering, restoration work or hardscape installation is beneficial Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites and the ability to adhere strictly to safety standards Join us if you're ready to build your career in a lively environment where your skills make a real impact!
