Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and energetic experienced Lead Deck Carpenter to join our highly skilled and hard working construction team. Your expertise in carpentry, blueprint reading, and construction techniques will bring us significant value and you a secure and steady work experience. We are a smoke and tobacco free work environment. Duties Construct and install decks using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques to ensure precise fit and finish Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute projects accurately Measure, cut, assemble, and secure framing components such as joists, beams, posts, and railing systems Perform concrete forming and rebar installation for foundational support of deck structures Qualifications Proven work record as a lead deck carpenter capable of completing all tasks from foundation and framing to stairs and railings. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and heavy lifting techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in various weather conditions Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in fabrication and installation processes Join our team to build exceptional outdoor spaces while advancing your skills in a fast-paced construction environment.
