If you have carpentry experience and enjoy building, repairing, and improving structures, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you'll work on a variety of projects throughout La Plata County, including construction, installation, maintenance, and repair work. We're seeking someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to doing the job right. What You'll Do Measure, mark, and prepare materials using blueprints and project plans Build, install, and repair structures using hand and power tools Install windows, doors, and other building components Ensure projects are completed accurately and safely Inspect completed work and make adjustments when needed Follow local building codes and safety standards Work independently and collaboratively with team members Perform other carpentry-related duties as assigned What We're Looking For Skilled carpentry experience through an apprenticeship or equivalent work history Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Knowledge of carpentry tools, techniques, and safety practices Strong math, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to lift heavy materials, climb, and stand for extended periods Reliable work ethic and positive attitude Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others Why Join Us?
