Full-time Pay Range Based on Experience & Skill Level Level 3: $26-28/hour Level 3: $28-31/hour Level 4: $31-34/hour Position Overview Field Technicians at NOCO Basements are responsible for executing basement finishing projects to our high quality standards. As you progress through our skill-based levels, you'll take on increasingly complex work, greater independence, and mentorship responsibilities, while gaining access to higher compensation.
