This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced carpenters who thrive on precision, craftsmanship, and delivering top-quality custom carpentry on custom residential homes. As a Trim Carpenter, you will be responsible for installing interior woodwork with meticulous attention to detail. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring they meet both aesthetic standards and structural integrity. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute trim and finish carpentry projects. Measure precisely, cut, assemble, and install interior trim such as baseboards, crown molding, door casings, window trims, cabinet installation, built-ins, beams, t&g and paneling, wainscoting, columns, stairway systems, and custom woodwork with precision. Must own and utilize hand tools and power tools for woodworking safely and efficiently to complete projects on time. Install doors, cabinets, and other wood construction materials in custom residential homes. Ensure all work complies with safety standards including power tool safety protocols while maintaining a clean and organized job site. Experience Proven experience in residential carpentry with a focus on trim carpentry and woodworking projects. Strong knowledge of construction plans, ability to read detailed blueprints and technical drawings. Hands-on experience with woodworking machines and power tools specific to carpentry tasks such as saws, drills, sanders, and nail guns.
