Integrity Construction & Restoration Residential Remodeling Carpenter Location:
Primary location: Greeley, Colorado. This is an on-site field position requiring travel to residential job sites throughout Northern Colorado. Bring Your Craftsmanship to Projects That Matter Integrity Construction & Restoration is a growing Greeley-based contractor specializing in residential remodeling and insurance reconstruction throughout Northern Colorado. We complete kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodels while helping homeowners recover from fire and water damage. Our work is guided by integrity, craftsmanship, accountability, professionalism, and respect for every home we enter. We are looking for a well-rounded Residential Remodeling Carpenter who can complete quality work through multiple phases of a project. This is not a single-task production position. You will work in existing and often occupied homes where conditions may change once walls, floors, or cabinets are removed. The ideal candidate understands residential remodeling, can solve routine field problems, and takes pride in leaving behind clean, accurate work. You will work under the direction of the Field Supervisor while also helping apprentices and laborers develop their skills. Key Responsibilities Perform residential demolition, framing, backing, trim, and finish carpentry Install cabinets, doors, baseboards, casing, crown molding, and other finish materials Assist with kitchen, bathroom, basement, and insurance-reconstruction projects Read plans, layouts, measurements, and project instructions Identify and communicate unexpected existing conditions Protect floors, furniture, fixtures, and occupied areas Maintain dust containment and complete daily jobsite cleanup Coordinate daily work with the Lead Carpenter and other trades Inspect personal work and correct deficiencies promptly Help train and guide apprentices and laborers Track time and document progress using a smartphone or tablet Maintain personal tools and care for company tools and equipment Follow company safety procedures and use appropriate PPE Communicate respectfully with homeowners, coworkers, and subcontractors Qualifications Three or more years of residential remodeling or renovation experience preferred Experience in existing homes strongly preferred Competence in finish carpentry, trim, doors, cabinets, layout, and basic framing Broad understanding of residential construction sequencing Ability to measure accurately and use common carpentry tools safely Willingness to perform a variety of tasks rather than only one specialty Dependable, punctual, organized, and productive Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to accept direction, feedback, and accountability Professional behavior in occupied homes Comfortable using a smartphone for timekeeping, photos, and documentation Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must have the basic personal hand and cordless tools commonly used by a residential carpenter. The company provides specialty tools and major equipment. No candidate application or employment-access fees are charged. Ability to perform the essential physical functions of residential carpentry, including standing, bending, climbing, carrying materials, and safely using hand and power tools, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Pay and Benefits Employment Type:
Full-Time, W-2
Pay:
$25-$34 per hour, depending on experience and skill level Employees may also be eligible for discretionary performance-based bonuses; bonuses are not guaranteed Occasional overtime or Saturday work PTO accrued at one hour for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours annually Six paid company holidays Up to $100 annual work-boot reimbursement after 30 days Company-branded work clothing Company-provided specialty tools and major equipment Training and advancement opportunities Potential advancement to Lead Carpenter and Field Supervisor Typical Monday-Friday schedule, 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. The company does not currently offer employer-sponsored health, dental, or retirement benefits.
