- Interpret and apply construction drawings and specifications.
- Utilize hand-set and job-built form systems.
- Perform layout work and establish elevations.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and manlifts.
- Conduct daily equipment and tool inspections.
- Work across multiple job sites as needed.
- Follow and support company policies and procedures.
- Participate in QA/QC programs and support quality execution.
- Assist with maintaining tools and equipment. Safety Responsibilities
- Follow and support ICM safety programs, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and hazard mitigation.
- Review required safety permits for daily work activities.
- Ensure equipment inspections are completed prior to use.
- Participate in weekly safety meetings and training.
- Utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Identify and help correct unsafe behaviors and conditions. What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in commercial or industrial structural concrete construction (5+ preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and form systems.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
