Job Description

Carpenter Foreman - Commercial Construction (Healthcare / Tenant Improvement) We are hiring an experienced Carpenter Foreman for a reputable General Contractor working on commercial construction projects throughout the Denver metro area. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on healthcare, tenant improvement, and light commercial work. The right candidate is a working foreman who enjoys being in the field, leading crews, wearing tools, and supporting safe, organized jobsites. Start date is targeted for the second week of May Pay & Schedule Pay rate: $30-35/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Typically 40 hours per week with some overtime
Location:
Denver Metro Area Project Work Commercial construction projects Tenant improvements, additions, and select new builds Approximately 70% healthcare / hospital work (unoccupied settings) Banks, performing arts centers, and ballet facilities Clean-room and light commercial environments Responsibilities Lead and supervise carpenters and laborers on commercial construction projects Work hands-on in the field; foremen are expected to wear tools Plan and coordinate daily work activities and manpower Install and manage temporary containment and clean-room barriers Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards on site Assist with safety oversight as needed Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Communicate with project leadership on job progress Use ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) or willingness to learn Qualifications 4+ years of experience as a Carpenter Foreman on commercial construction projects Proven experience leading and managing carpenters and laborers Experience in commercial construction (TI, healthcare, light commercial, or new construction) Comfortable working in hospital or clean environments Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable, professional, and safety-focused Healthcare construction experience is a plus, but not required.
