We're growing fast and looking for an experienced carpenter to join our team. About the Role You'll handle layout, framing, and finish carpentry on custom outdoor projects. This is a hands‑on field role that requires strong craftsmanship, problem‑solving, and clear communication with the team and clients. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and professionalism Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Comfortable working outdoors year‑round Team‑oriented, respectful, and organized Qualifications 2-5 years of carpentry experience Ability to read and interpret plans Solid understanding of framing, layout, and construction fundamentals Knowledge of how a house is built Basic understanding of IRC/ICC code as it applies to decks and patio covers Responsibilities Build decks, pergolas, and covered porches according to plans Perform layout, framing, and detailed finish carpentry Read and interpret construction drawings Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Communicate effectively with team members and clients Assist with problem‑solving to keep projects moving efficiently Follow safety standards and company procedures Benefits Retirement plan with up to 3% company match $250/month Health Reimbursement Arrangement Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave Overtime opportunities and steady year‑round work All power tools provided Vehicle stipend available for those who use their truck for work

Compensation:
