In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and correcting structures and homes using a variety of hand and power tools, with a focus on exclusion work to prevent pests or unwanted intrusions. Your expertise will ensure that buildings and properties are secure, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your construction skills in a specialized field that combines craftsmanship with problem-solving. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to high-quality exclusion projects across diverse settings. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install custom fabricated metal using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment including metal break Perform construction estimating to determine material needs and project costs Install various materials such as stucco, trim coil, roofing components, and masonry features Properly understanding how and where to apply sealant and caulking Fabricate custom parts or structures as needed for specific exclusion or construction projects Maintain safety standards on construction sites by adhering to protocols and using appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) proper training and equipment for this will be provided. Skills Extensive experience with construction site work across multiple trades including carpentry, roofing, masonry, and painting Proficiency in construction and understanding how a home is built / how it preforms Skilled in the use of hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels; power tools including drills, sanders, spray guns; and fabrication equipment (most importantly a tape measure) Knowledge of construction estimating processes for accurate project planning and resource allocation Ability to safely put up and use a ladder up to 40' without fear or hesitation, and have the ability to transition onto a roof and back to ladder. (PPE provided) Strong understanding of safety practices related to construction painting and working at heights or in confined spaces (training provided for those who don't) Familiarity with wildlife / pests that commonly enter into a structure and how they affect a structure (training provided if needed) Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet when a new problem arises Join us in delivering top-tier exclusion solutions by leveraging your construction expertise!
