G Construction LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Carpenter to join our construction and restoration team. We manage residential projects from start to finish— from initial demolition to final delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for executing diverse tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring top-quality craftsmanship at every stage of the build.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute all phases of construction, including site preparation, demolition, framing, and final finishes. Install doors, cabinets, high-end siding, and fixtures with extreme attention to detail and safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site from day one through project completion.

Skills & Requirements:

Extensive experience in residential construction, including framing and fixture installation. Proficiency in using hand and power tools for both heavy construction and detailed finishing. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering a "turn-key" quality product to the client. Experience in full-scale residential renovation and remodeling is essential.

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
