Full Job Description The Role:
We're looking for full-time support in our joining department to assemble high-quality custom order frames. This role assembles custom frames by operating specialized joining equipment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable reading and following work orders and operating manufacturing equipment, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:
Follow work orders consistently and accurately, measuring and tracking joined frames and damaged parts. Inspect the quality of parts and ensure consistency across the final product. Utilize resources effectively to maximize time and meet production goals for joined frames. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of all joining and production tasks. Adhere to all safety procedures while working with machinery and materials. Report any concerns or quality issues to the supervisor and propose solutions when applicable. Follow all standard operating procedures and safety protocols. Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Qualifications:
Due to the nature of the work, this position requires the following: Regular standing, walking, bending, and reaching with hands and arms Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, operating tools, or using machinery Must be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds as needed Visual acuity required for detailed inspection and screen-based work Must be able to see, hear, and respond to safety signals and equipment sounds Verbal communication is required for meetings, team coordination, and safety protocols Work is performed in a warehouse or production environment with exposure to dust, loud noises, and occasional chemical substances Primarily an indoor role, with environmental conditions typical of a manufacturing or distribution setting
