We are committed to quality craftsmanship and are looking to grow our team with dedicated and motivated individuals. Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Entry Level and Lead Carpenter to join our Building Group Division. The ideal candidate will have hands-on carpentry experience and a willingness to learn and grow within the company. OSHA certification is a plus, but we are willing to certify the right applicant. Responsibilities Perform frame to finish carpentry work including: Installing windows, roofing, drywall, and siding Installing soffits, sheetrock, and Nudo panels Applying rigid foam insulation and fiberglass laminated plywood Door hanging, frame installation, and hardware installation Finish detailing and trim work Install interior and exterior trim work to a high standard of quality Follow all safety protocols and jobsite procedures Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Requirements & Skills Basic carpentry experience (frame to finish preferred) Familiarity with construction materials and tools Ability to read and follow instructions and blueprints Strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented OSHA certification preferred (we will certify the ideal candidate) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, stable employment On-the-job training and growth opportunities OSHA certification provided for the right candidate
