Job Summary Rock House School of Music is excited to invite passionate and energetic Instructors to join our vibrant team! We are seeking talented professionals to teach Guitar, Piano, Singing, drums and other musical instruments. This role offers an inspiring environment where you can share your love of music, foster student growth, and make a lasting impact on learners of all ages. Whether working with children, teens, or adults, you will deliver engaging lessons that cultivate musical skills, boost confidence, and ignite creativity. This paid position provides an excellent opportunity to develop your teaching expertise while inspiring the next generation of musicians. Responsibilities Teach our award-winning comprehensive lesson curriculum tailored to students' skill levels and musical interests in Guitar, Piano, Singing, or other specified areas Deliver engaging, energetic instruction that motivates students and encourages active participation Manage classroom environments effectively to ensure a positive and respectful learning atmosphere Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles, including special education needs or early childhood education requirements Foster a love for music through creative activities such as improvisation, ensemble work, or performance preparation Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson plans, and student achievements for ongoing assessment and reporting Experience No teaching experience needed, we will train and certify you as an instructor. Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to individual student needs Classroom management skills that promote a respectful and productive learning environment Experience working with children, preschoolers, or adults in educational settings is highly desirable Prior experience in tutoring or one-on-one instruction that demonstrates patience and adaptability Join us at Rock House School of Music to inspire creativity, nurture talent, and help students achieve their musical goals!
