Construction Subcontractors

This is a contract-based opportunity for skilled trades and construction professionals to assist with residential remodeling and repair projects. Work includes framing, deck building and repair, drywall installation and repair, interior and exterior painting, flooring installation (LVP, laminate, tile), trim and finish carpentry, basic door and window installation, and general handyman repairs. Projects may also include punch list work, property turns, and light renovation tasks depending on scope. We are looking for individuals with hands-on experience in construction or remodeling who can complete work efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Applicants should have their own tools, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently or collaborate with other trades when needed. Contractors must carry their own general liability insurance, and workers' compensation coverage where applicable. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and clear communication are important. Ideal candidates have experience across multiple trades and are comfortable handling a variety of residential projects from start to finish.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Application Question(s): Drug screen
