Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter / Remodeling Subcontractor (1099) to help execute residential remodeling projects. This individual should be capable of working independently, leading projects in the field, solving problems proactively, and delivering high-quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities Lead and execute residential remodeling projects Perform framing, finish carpentry, decking, siding, trim, cabinetry, drywall, and general remodeling work Read plans, layouts, and project scopes Identify field issues and communicate solutions proactively Coordinate with A&A Legacy ownership, subcontractors, and homeowners professionally Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites Ensure work is completed with attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Requirements 5+ years of hands-on residential remodeling experience Strong experience in decks, kitchens, bathrooms, framing, and finish carpentry Must have reliable transportation Must have professional tools Must operate as an independent business/1099 contractor Ability to provide certificate of insurance and applicable business documentation upon request Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work throughout Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania Compensation Competitive subcontractor rates based on experience Consistent project opportunities for the right fit

Pay:
