Read and interpret blueprints with accuracy to ensure precise panel layout and installation. Install custom metal panels efficiently, ensuring a seamless, high-quality finish. Perform quality control checks to maintain superior craftsmanship and compliance with project specifications. Qualifications/Requirements:
Proven experience installing exterior ACM, IMP, and HPL panels for commercial and industrial projects required. Strong ability to read and follow blueprints and instructions with precision. Proficiency with hand and power tools, including reading tape measure, transit lasers and using drills and chop saws. Comfortable working at heights, handling materials, and performing physical tasks-including lifting up to 75 lbs., climbing ladders, bending, stooping, and reaching as part of daily tasks. Previous experience and comfortability with operating aerial lifts and other construction equipment. (previous aerial certification is a plus) Reliable, committed to maintaining a strong work ethic, and punctual-on time for work each day! Keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work. Demonstrate commitment to safety protocols, both on-site and in the shop, following company and OSHA guidelines. Analytical skills-the ability to use logic and reasoning to troubleshoot, adapt, and solve problems. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Valid driver's license required.
