Takes pride in their work / le importa la calidad Works fast / trabaja rápido Communicates well with customers / sabe hablar con clientes Is reliable and motivated / responsable y con ganas Responsibilities / Responsabilidades Skilled Work Drywall finishing (tape, mud, sand - high level ) Painting (clean, professional finish) Trim & finish carpentry (molding, doors, detail work) Staining wood Install Crew Support Help lead installer (showers / plumbing crew) Move materials & tools in/out of jobs Prep job sites (protect floors, clean paths) Run for materials to keep job moving Customer Interaction Talk with homeowners / hablar con clientes Review work and job completion Represent the company professionally Requirements / Requisitos Strong drywall experience ( MUST ) Experience in painting & trim work Works in fast-paced environment / ambiente rápido Bilingual (English & Spanish) Valid driver's license + clean record Good attitude & strong work ethic Able to lift and move materials Work Environment / Ambiente de Trabajo Typical week: 38-45 hours Busy season: up to 60-68 hours available (if you want the hours ) Organized company (not chaos) Fast-moving crew — no standing around Opportunity to grow and make more money What We're Looking For / Lo Que Buscamos Someone who can keep up with a fast installer Self-motivated / no hay que estar diciéndole todo Shows up on time and ready to work Team player with good attitude How to Apply / Cómo
