Position Summary:
We are seeking skilled Carpenters to support multiple projects involving the cutting, fabrication, and installation of wood and related materials. This role focuses on delivering high-quality finished products that reflect company standards across design, fabrication, and installation environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely fabricate, assemble, and install wooden structures, frameworks, and props per drawings and specifications. Measure, mark, cut, shape, and assemble materials using hand tools and power equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to accurate layouts. Calculate material, component, and supply requirements. Set up and operate woodworking equipment (saws, sanders, routers, grinders, band saws, drill press, bench grinder). Join materials using appropriate fasteners, adhesives, and methods. Inspect completed work for accuracy, alignment, and quality; correct issues as needed. Follow all company, project, and safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project timelines.
Qualifications:
Proven carpentry or fabrication experience (1+ years preferred). Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, materials, and installation methods. Ability to read blueprints and perform precise measurements. Good mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and time-management skills. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Ability to provide basic personal carpentry hand tools. Tool Essentials (Self-Provided): Tape measure, framing/speed square, hammer, mallet. Pencils/markers, box cutter. Impact drill and/or drill with batteries and chargers. Additional essential hand tools as required. This job description represents multiple current and upcoming opportunities.
