What Success Looks Like On a day-to-day basis, you will travel to scheduled jobs in the local Brandon area, assess the scope of work with customers, and perform a variety of home improvement tasks. We offer:

Hourly Pay:

$20.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements Must-Have Qualifications:

At least 5 years of professional experience as a carpenter, handyman, or residential remodeler. Practical proficiency in a broad range of home repairs, including carpentry, drywall patching, painting, door and window installation, flooring, and minor electrical/plumbing work. Ownership of a standard set of hand and power tools appropriate for daily remodeling and repair tasks. Ownership of a reliable work truck or van capable of transporting tools and materials. Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with homeowners in a professional, courteous manner. Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Prior experience using mobile apps or digital tools for scheduling, time tracking, or job documentation. Specialized trade certifications or advanced training in carpentry, cabinetry, or finish work.
