Construction Carpenter

Job description We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our Quality Control Division . This role is critical to ensuring our residential construction projects are completed to the highest standards. You will be responsible for final-stage carpentry, punch-out work, and quality corrections , helping bring projects across the finish line efficiently while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

Perform finish carpentry work including trim, baseboards, crown molding, cabinetry install/adjustments, doors, and hardware installation Execute final punch-list items to prepare homes for client walkthroughs and closeout Identify and correct quality issues or defects in carpentry and related trades Ensure all work meets company standards, building codes, and client expectations Collaborate with project managers to resolve outstanding items quickly Maintain a strong focus on speed without sacrificing quality to help meet project deadlines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in residential finish carpentry Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and tools used in finish carpentry Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications High attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship excellence Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Experience with punch-out / final-stage construction work preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Work Hours:

• Full-time on-site, with day-to-day variations.
• Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. Some nights and weekends may be needed to meet deadlines.
• Base Salary with potential for a bonus structure after 90 days of employment.
• Pay range depends on experience.
